DESIGN MANAGEMENT
Design Management requires experienced coordination with different disciplines. Whether it maybe on the inception of the project, during the design phase or re-designing of an ongoing project, the Design Managers bring together key resources and stakeholders to provide best and feasible design solutions for the Client
CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
Gridlines MGS will oversee the completion of the construction activities from Pre-Construction, Construction, and Post-Construction Phase.
PROCUREMENT MANAGEMENT
Procurement Management deals with the purchasing of goods and/or services deliberately considering the quality and quantity at the best reasonable cost. It also involves bidding process and value engineering wherein the experience and expertise of the Gridlines’ Staff is to assist the Client in determining the best deal at the lowest reasonable cost and the reputation of on-time delivery and expert handling, to meet the Project requirements.
PLANNING & SCHEDULing MANAGEMENT
Project Scheduling specifies the work to execute, the resources to execute the work and the time frame to finish the project. With a complete and comprehensive schedule, the Project Manager can track manpower and resources for the smooth execution of the project and avoids critical points that delays construction and sacrifices quality of workmanship and resources.
QUALITY ASSURANCE & CONTROL
Quantity Surveying involves estimating the materials and labor costs, evaluates construction and development tenders submitted by bidders, and advises owners, architects, engineers and other consultants with cost planning and strategies.
CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION & MANAGEMENT
Having trained for best practices in contract management, Gridlines can handle complex projects such as Retail and Hospitality projects as well as Mix-Use High Rise buildings and Medical Facilities.
