DESIGN MANAGEMENT
Design management requires strong leadership and communications skills to bring together Stakeholders (Architects, Structural Engineers, and other design consultants with the goal of creating coordinated and coherent deisgn in a cost effective way. Design Management covers planning and scheduling of deliverable including milestones for approvals, form Concept Design to Final Design.
Detailed scope of work are as follows:

Schematic Phase
- Preparation and review of area tabulation for Owner’s approval.
- Review of Code Compliance and Terms of References.
- Monitoring of submission of all Progressive Schematic Design Drawings.
- Conducting plan review of all A&E Schematic Design Drawings.
- Initaiting approval of Schematic Design Drawings.
- Preparation of Portable Budgetary Estimate for Owner’s approval.
Design Development Phase
- Review of checklist of all A/E design parameters.
- Finalization of area tabulation for Owner’s approval.
- Review and monitoring of submission of all Progressive Design Drawings.
- Conducting plan review of all A&E design drawings.
- Initiating approval of design drawings by stages.
- Preparation of Budgetary Estimate and reconcililation with the Owner.
- Updating of Overall Project Schedule.
For Construction Drawings
- Review completeness of drawings by trade.
- Facilitating approval of For Construction Drawings(FCD)
- Monitoring of Schedule and permits.
