CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
Construction Management covers only works under construction phase. We engage full time on site, qualified personnel in all disciplines as required in the Terms of References issued y Owner.
Detailed scope of services are summarized below, but not limited to the following:
- Advise on construction schedules and projected cash-flows;
- Evaluation and comment on Contractor’s Project program resources planning:
- Tracking the flow of construction information from Project Manager to vendors/suppliers to support the agreed construction scheduled
- Verification, evaluation and recommending for approval of actual design revisions, change orders and substitutes due to existing conditions or changes in designs and specifications authorized by Owner;
- Establishment of Documents Control Procedures and maintaining permanent project records;
- Submission of progressive reports on material and system testing, As-Built Drawings and partial close-out report as major activities are completed;
- Enforcement of safety programs developed by the Contractors to ensure that vendor ans sub-vendors are not relieved of responsibility/liability for safety;
- Clarification of technical problems and coordination of resolution with Designers;
- Establishment of procedures for approval of shop drawings, material sample and equipment catalogues;
- Processing of progress payments and change orders;
- Implementation of Quality Assurance/Quality Control Procedures and Inspection; and
- Implementation of Safety Procedures.
