QUALITY ASSURANCE & CONTROL
We exercise Quality control in construction to make sure that works are done according to the plans, specifications and permit requirements. Quality assurance checks the qaulity plan and quality control process to confirm that quality standards are in place and applied on the project site.
Detailed scope of work are as follows:
- Ensures that the Quality Assurance Plan is being implemented;
- Excercise Project Quality plan and to establish the varios inspection procedures and payment claim processes;
- Ensures that the set qaulity targets for each project, in accordance with specific objectives of the project proponents are met;
- In collaboration with the Project Construction Manager, shall set measurable quality targets for each project, in accordance with specific objective of the project proponents; and
- Conduct inspection acceptance with the Owner.
